DKI Jakarta, as an autonomous region with a high population density, faces complex challenges in licensing and non-licensing services. To address these challenges, the Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) developed the Motorized License Pick-up and Drop-Off Program (AJIB) as a mobile-based service support program aimed at simplifying the licensing process, reducing time and costs, and eliminating brokers. This study aims to evaluate the AJIB program in improving the quality of public services at the DKI Jakarta DPMPTSP. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies using the CIPP Stufflebeam program evaluation theory. The results indicate that the AJIB program is effective and contributes positively to accelerating licensing services. However, this study also identified several issues, including limited human resources at service points with high application rates, a lack of regular program outreach, and technical issues with the AJIB application, which frequently experiences errors and lacks a real-time application progress tracking feature. This situation has the potential to hinder service delivery and reduce public satisfaction. Therefore, continuous improvement efforts are needed to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the AJIB program.
