The research was conducted from November 2024 to December 2025 using a quantitative descriptive method to measure production costs, revenue, and efficiency through the R/C ratio. The types and sources of data used include primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data were collected from literature and relevant institutional sources. The results of the study show that the total cost of this business is IDR 14,700,000 per month, consisting of fixed costs of IDR 8,700,000 and variable costs of IDR 6,000,000. The compost production yielded 2,500 kg of pure compost, generating revenue of IDR 37,500,000 per month, resulting in a net income of IDR 22,800,000. The study also found an R/C ratio of  2,55, indicating that this business is feasible to operate as it generates profits exceeding total production costs.
