This study discusses the Implementation of Regent Regulation Number 40  of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Integrated Stunting Prevention in  Pontang District, Serang Regency. The aim is to determine the success or  failure of the Implementation of Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2021  concerning the Acceleration of Integrated Stunting Prevention in Pontang  District, Serang Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative  approach. Informants were determined using a purposive, technique. Data  collection techniques include observation, direct interviews, and  documentation. Data validity testing uses data source triangulation and  member checking associated with the Van Meter and Van Horn (2008)  Policy Implementation theory. Data analysis techniques use Miles and  Hubberman. The results show that the existing policies are not yet optimal  even though they have been implemented through cross-sector  coordination, assistance to at-risk families, and Posyandu activities. Key  supporting factors include clear regulations and commitment from  implementers. Obstacles include limited human resources in the health  workforce, weak economic conditions impacting families' inability to meet  balanced nutritional needs for pregnant women and children, and social  factors such as parenting patterns, nutritional knowledge, and the  residential environment also increase the risk of stunting. Improvements are  being made through strengthening coordination, increasing the capacity of  cadres, and intensifying nutrition education. Overall, implementation is  progressing quite well, although not yet optimal and still requires  improvements in resources and community empowerment.
