description: Background: The breastfeeding period among primiparous mothers is a stage that is highly prone to stress due to physical and psychological changes, the adjustment to new roles, and limited experience. Husband’s support plays an important role in reducing stress and helping mothers adapt during the breastfeeding period. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between husband’s support and stress levels among primiparous breastfeeding mothers in the working area of UPTD Walantaka Community Health Center Serang city. Methods: This research employed a quantitative study design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 80 respondents. Data were collected using the Partner Breastfeeding Influence Scale (PBIS) and the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Result: The study used the Chi-Square test and found no significant association between husband’s support and stress levels among primiparous breastfeeding mother, with a p-value 0.822 (p-value > 0.05). Conclusion: Husband’s support did not have a significant relationship with stress levels among primiparous breastfeeding mother in the working area of UPTD Walantaka Community Health Center Serang City.
