The study was undertaken from September to November 2025, and employed a quantitative descriptive method with a census method involving 30 respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, direct observation, and supporting institutional documents. The study objectives include analyzing women’s labor allocation in hydroponic activities, measuring the income contribution generated from greenhouse cultivation, and identifying its influence on household food security. Percentage analysis was applied to evaluate labor distribution and income contribution, while household food security levels were measured using the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES). The findings show that women actively participated in greenhouse management by allocating a portion of their daily productive time despite fulfilling domestic duties. Hydroponic cultivation contributed economically to household income, although the level of contribution varied among members. Additionally, the activity strengthened household food security through increased access to fresh vegetables and reduced household expenditure on food consumption. In conclusion, greenhouse-based hydroponics not only functions as a supplementary income source but also acts as a women’s empowerment initiative that promotes economic participation, maximizes the use of limited land, and strengthens household resilience in fulfilling food needs."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
