This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of Grade XII Social Sciences. Data collection was carried out through documentation. The obtained data were analyzed qualitatively using an item review format and quantitatively using Microsoft Excel and Anates Ver. 4 software. The findings show that the overall quality of the test items is fairly good and aligned with the basic competencies; however, some items were not in accordance with the indicators and require improvement in terms of construction and language aspects. The validity analysis revealed that 12 items (60%) were valid and 8 items (40%) were invalid. The reliability coefficient was 0.52, indicating a moderate level of reliability. Regarding discrimination power, 7 items (35%) had weak discrimination, 3 items (15%) had sufficient discrimination, 6 items (30%) had good discrimination, and 4 items (20%) had very good discrimination. The difficulty level analysis showed that 4 items (20%) were classified as difficult, 12 items (60%) as moderate, and 4 items (20%) as easy. In terms of distractor effectiveness, 3 items (15%) had very good distractors, 6 items (30%) had good distractors, 8 items (40%) had less effective distractors, and 3 items (15%) had poor distractors. Teachers are encouraged to pay attention to the development of high-quality test items, considering that item analysis for the Indonesian History PAS had not been conducted previously. The item analysis in this study was conducted on 20 multiple-choice questions. Good test items are those that meet the criteria of validity, reliability, difficulty level, discrimination power, and distractor effectiveness.
