description: This study aims to determine the extent of influence of Supply Chain  Flexibility and Information Sharing on Operational Performance in Catering  Businesses in Tangerang City. The research method used is a quantitative method  with a population of catering businesses in Tangerang City. The number of samples  used was 78 samples. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews,  and questionnaires. This study used the PLS (Smart Partial Least Square) data  analysis method. The results in this study indicate that supply chain flexibility (X1)  has a positive and significant effect on operational performance (Y), information  sharing (X2) has a positive and significant effect on operational performance (Y).
