Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 95 responden yang merupakan perwakilan manajemen dari perusahaan manufaktur alas kaki di Kabupaten Serang.Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) memiliki peran fundamental dalam meningkatkan Environment Performance dan membentuk Green Behaviour karyawan. Temuan analisis membuktikan bahwa Environment Performance dan Green Behaviour secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara GHRM dan Business Sustainability. [GHRM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis terutama melalui jalur mediasi kinerja lingkungan dan perilaku hijau, dengan kemampuan model menjelaskan variasi Business Sustainability. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan praktik GHRM sangat penting sebagai fondasi strategis. GHRM tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan budaya sadar lingkungan, tetapi juga menjadi pendorong utama tercapainya keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang di industri manufaktur alas kaki.
