Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi dan temperatur leaching asam nitrat (HNO3) terhadap recovery timah (Sn), selektivitas pemisahan Sn dan timbal (Pb), serta karakteristik residu hasil leaching. Proses leaching dilakukan menggunakan larutan HNO₃ dengan variasi konsentrasi 3 M, 4 M, dan 5 M pada temperatur 55 °C, 65 °C, dan 75 °C selama 2 jam dengan rasio padat–cair 1/10 g/L. Hasil leaching dipisahkan menjadi filtrat dan residu, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan XRF dan XRD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi HNO₃ meningkatkan recovery Sn, dengan kondisi optimum diperoleh pada konsentrasi 5 M dan temperatur 75 °C yang menghasilkan persentase Sn sebesar 99,55% dan recovery Sn 92,5%. Temperatur berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan antara pelarutan Sn dan pembentukan lapisan pasif SnO₂. Pada konsentrasi 3 M, peningkatan suhu cenderung meningkatkan pelarutan Sn, sedangkan pada konsentrasi 5 M peningkatan suhu mempercepat pembentukan SnO₂ yang stabil sehingga Sn lebih banyak tertahan dalam residu. Pb menunjukkan perilaku sebaliknya, Pb lebih mudah terlarut sebagai Pb²⁺ dalam larutan nitrat. Analisis XRD residu menunjukkan bahwa fase dominan yang terbentuk adalah SnO₂, dengan keberadaan minor PbO dan Fe2O3. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa leaching selektif menggunakan HNO3 efektif untuk memisahkan Pb ke dalam larutan dan mempertahankan Sn dalam bentuk oksida pada residu.
