Arfindo Jaya Mandiri, Cikande, Banten.\r\nThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job insecurity on employee \r\nperformance, with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) serving as an \r\nintervening variable at PT. Arfindo Jaya Mandiri, located in Cikande, Banten. The \r\nresearch population consists of 80 employees, with the sampling technique \r\nemploying a saturated sampling method (census). A quantitative research method \r\nwith a descriptive approach was utilized. Data collection was conducted through \r\nquestionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis was performed \r\nusing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 as the \r\nanalytical tool.\r\nThe results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on \r\nemployee performance. Job insecurity also positively and significantly influences \r\nOrganizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), although the direction of this effect \r\ndiffers from the initial hypothesis, which predicted a negative relationship. \r\nFurthermore, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour has a positive and significant \r\nimpact on employee performance. Additionally, OCB is proven to mediate the \r\nrelationship between job insecurity and employee performance.
