Arfindo Jaya Mandiri, Cikande Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Job Insecurity juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), meskipun arah pengaruh tersebut berbeda dengan hipotesis awal yang memprediksi hubungan negatif. Sementara itu, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara Job Insecurity terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job insecurity on employee performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) serving as an intervening variable at PT. Arfindo Jaya Mandiri, located in Cikande, Banten. The research population consists of 80 employees, with the sampling technique employing a saturated sampling method (census). A quantitative research method with a descriptive approach was utilized. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job insecurity also positively and significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), although the direction of this effect differs from the initial hypothesis, which predicted a negative relationship. Furthermore, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, OCB is proven to mediate the relationship between job insecurity and employee performance. Thus, the higher the level of job insecurity perceived by employees, the higher their OCB and resulting performance.
