The research\r\nspecification applied in this thesis is descriptive-analytical, namely by describing\r\nthe relevant laws and regulations and relating them to positive legal theories\r\nassociated with the issues. The Defendant’s responsibility concerns the execution\r\nof the agreement that was not carried out in accordance with the terms agreed\r\nupon, including the obligation to pay fees, the implementation of operational\r\nstandards, and the franchisor’s obligation to provide guidance. The resulting\r\ndispute caused actual losses to the Plaintiff.
