@phdthesis{eprintuntirta58771, note = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jenis liken di Kawasan Cihunjuran, Kabupaten Pandeglang, serta menganalisis potensinya sebagai bahan pewarna alami dan bioindikator kualitas udara. Kawasan ini dipilih karena kondisi lingkungannya relatif alami dan mendukung pertumbuhan liken, sementara data keanekaragaman liken di wilayah tersebut masih terbatas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui observasi awal, inventarisasi liken, pengukuran parameter lingkungan (suhu, kelembapan, dan intensitas cahaya), analisis deskriptif potensi liken sebagai bioindikator, serta uji pemanfaatan liken sebagai pewarna alami. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode transek berpetak pada beberapa stasiun pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 12 jenis liken yang tergolong ke dalam 7 famili, yaitu Arthoniaceae, Graphidaceae, Parmeliaceae, Phlyctidaceae, Physciaceae, Ramalinaceae, dan Trentepohliaceae dengan tipe talus fruticose, foliose, dan crustose. Persebaran spesies seperti Dirinaria picta dan Cryptothecia striata di seluruh stasiun menunjukkan potensi liken sebagai bioindikator kualitas udara, sementara beberapa jenis lainnya berpotensi sebagai sumber pewarna alami. Hasil inventarisasi dikembangkan menjadi e-booklet sebagai media pembelajaran subkonsep liken kelas X SMA. Validasi menunjukkan e-booklet memiliki kelayakan materi sebesar 78,46\% dengan keriteria layak dan kelayakan media sebesar 95,5\% dengan kriteria sangat layak.}, author = {TIA AZIZAH}, year = {2026}, title = {INVENTARISASI LIKEN DI KAWASAN CIHUNJURAN KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG SERTA POTENSINYA SEBAGAI BAHAN PEWARNA ALAMI DAN BIOINDIKATOR KUALITAS UDARA (Sebagai Media Pembelajaran berupa e-booklet pada Subkonsep Liken Kelas X SMA)}, month = {February}, school = {UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA}, keywords = {e-booklet, inventarisasi, Kawasan Cihunjuran, liken, transek berpetak e-booklet, inventory, lichens, Cihunjuran Area, plot-based transect}, url = {https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/58771/}, abstract = {This study aims to inventory the types of lichens in the Cihunjuran area, Pandeglang Regency, and analyze their potential as natural dyes and bioindicators of air quality. This area was chosen because its environmental conditions are relatively natural and support the growth of lichens, while data on lichen diversity in the region is still limited. The study used a quantitative and qualitative approach through preliminary observation, lichen inventory, measurement of environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, and light intensity), descriptive analysis of the potential of lichens as bioindicators, and testing the use of lichens as natural dyes. Data collection was carried out using the transect method at several observation stations. The results of the study showed that there were 12 types of lichens belonging to 7 families, those are Arthoniaceae, Graphidaceae, Parmeliaceae, Phlyctidaceae, Physciaceae, Ramalinaceae, and Trentepohliaceae, with fruticose, foliose, and crustose thallus types. The distribution of species such as Dirinaria picta and Cryptothecia striata across all stations indicates the potential of lichens as bioindicators of air quality, while several other species have the potential as sources of natural dyes. The inventory results were developed into an e-booklet as a learning medium for the sub-concept of lichens in grade X high school. Validation showed that the e-booklet had a material feasibility of 78,46\% with decent criteria and a media feasibility assessment obtained a score of 95,5\% with very feasible criteria.} }
