description: This research examines the fluctuating participation of Women Farmer Groups in the Sustainable Food Garden Program P2L in Cipocok Jaya District, even though the program has been implemented since 2019 and supported by adequate local resources. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on  the perceptions of group members regarding the utilization of home gardens in the P2L program. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey involving 32 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire that passed validity and reliability tests, and the analysis used multiple linear regression to identify the partial effects of each variable. The findings show that internal factors such as motivation, cosmopolitanism, experience, and group participation significantly shape the perceptions of members. External factors including the intensity of extension activities, availability of production inputs, extension methods, and extension materials also have significant effects. These results indicate that the perceptions of Women Farmer Groups toward the P2L program are influenced by both individual characteristics and the support provided by the program environment. Overall, the perceptions of members fall within a positive category, indicating strong potential for long term program sustainability and improvement of local food security.
