"Significant transformations in information and communication technology \r\nhave brought about far-reaching developments, including in the field of education. \r\nInformation technology plays a role in adapting methods, environments, and \r\nevolving dynamics in education through the application of creative and proactive \r\ninnovation. The lack of utilization of multimedia-based learning media can create \r\nproblems during the learning process, including a lack of student engagement. A \r\nsimilar situation occurs in mastering the competency of precision mechanical \r\nmeasuring instruments at the vocational high school level. Many students are \r\nunable to understand how to use precision mechanical measuring instruments due \r\nto the limited learning media available in schools, which rely solely on whiteboards, \r\nPowerPoint presentations, and simple practice tools without animation or \r\nsimulation-based media. \r\nNeeds: This research aims to develop interactive, website-based learning \r\nmedia to improve student understanding of mechanical measuring instruments \r\nusing the DDD-E development model, which includes the stages of decide, design, \r\ndevelop, and evaluate. The learning media was designed using platforms such as \r\nGoogle Sites and Visual Studio Code to present material interactively with \r\nanimations and question evaluations. Validation by material and media experts \r\nyielded scores of 0.777778 and 0.6875, respectively, both of which were deemed \r\nvalid. The response from subject teachers and students was also very positive, \r\nwith a practicality rating of 93.33% and an effectiveness rating of 87%. These \r\nresults demonstrate that website-based learning media is effective, practical, and \r\ninnovative in supporting the teaching and learning process in vocational schools, \r\nparticularly for mechanical measuring instruments."^^ .
