Information technology plays a role in adapting methods, environments, and evolving dynamics in education through the application of creative and proactive innovation. The lack of utilization of multimedia-based learning media can create problems during the learning process, including a lack of student engagement. A similar situation occurs in mastering the competency of precision mechanical measuring instruments at the vocational high school level. Many students are unable to understand how to use precision mechanical measuring instruments due to the limited learning media available in schools, which rely solely on whiteboards, PowerPoint presentations, and simple practice tools without animation or simulation-based media. Needs: This research aims to develop interactive, website-based learning media to improve student understanding of mechanical measuring instruments using the DDD-E development model, which includes the stages of decide, design, develop, and evaluate. The learning media was designed using platforms such as Google Sites and Visual Studio Code to present material interactively with animations and question evaluations. Validation by material and media experts yielded scores of 0.777778 and 0.6875, respectively, both of which were deemed valid. The response from subject teachers and students was also very positive, with a practicality rating of 93.33% and an effectiveness rating of 87%.
