The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 120 employees. The sample in this study was a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled, totaling 120 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypotheses tested in this study, it shows that: (1) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Performance (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Performance (3) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (4) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance (6) Employee Engagement has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction (7) Self-Efficacy has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction. %Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Engagement (X1) dan Self Efficacy (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Perawat (Y) yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja (Z) pada perawat di RSUD Malingping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel, yaitu sebanyak 120 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang diuji pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (2) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (3) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (4) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (6) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja (7) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja.
