Labor description: This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) on Nurse Performance (Y), mediated by Job Satisfaction (Z) among nurses at Malingping Regional General Hospital. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 120 employees. The sample in this study was a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled, totaling 120 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool.
