description: This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) on Nurse Performance (Y), mediated by Job Satisfaction (Z) among nurses at Malingping Regional General Hospital.  The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 120 employees. The sample in this study was a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled, totaling 120 people. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypotheses tested in this study, it shows that: (1) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Performance (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Performance (3) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (4) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance (6) Employee Engagement has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction (7) Self-Efficacy has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction.
