Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain penelitian model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) yang direduksi menjadi 4 tahapan yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Evaluate. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan September 2024 sampai bulan Desember 2025 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. Subjek pada penelitian ini melibatkan tiga dosen ahli materi, tiga dosen ahli media, satu guru biologi kelas X, serta 20 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. Hasil uji kelayakan enviweb oleh ahli materi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 91,5%, dan ahli media sebesar 96,8% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji respon guru menunjukkan nilai sebesar 99% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, dan uji respon siswa menunjukkan nilai sebesar 80,4% yang termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa enviweb sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan dapat diterima secara positif oleh guru dan siswa. abstract: This study aims to develop, determine the feasibility, and determine user responses to enviweb (environmental website) to empower students' environmental literacy. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation) model research design which is reduced into 4 stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Evaluation. This research was conducted from September 2024 to December 2025 at University Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa and SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. The subjects in this study involved 3 material expert lecturers, 3 media expert lecturers, one grade X biology teacher, and 20 grade X students of SMAN 1 Tirtayasa. The results of the enviweb feasibility test by material experts showed a value of 91.5%, and media experts 96.8% which is included in the very feasible category. The results of the teacher response test showed a value of 99% which is included in the very good category, and the student response test showed a value of 80.4% which is included in the good category.
