DKI Jakarta Province ranks first nationally with the number of fire incidents between 2021 and 2024, the most fire-prone area is Rawa Bunga Village, Jatinegara District, a densely populated residential area. The East Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service, as the driving force in fire disaster management, has a strategy to increase regional resilience. This study aims to determine the SWOT analysis of the strategy of the East Jakarta City Fire and Rescue Service’s in handling fire disasters in densely populated settlements in Rawa Bunga Village, Jatinegara District using the SWOT method. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. With data analysis through validity and reliability tests as research instrument tests, as well as SWOT analysis of IFAS and EFAS. The results of the study show a position in Quadrant II of the Cartesius Diagram (IFAS 0,20 : EFAS -0,22), namely a diversification strategy or Strength-Threats (ST). The resulting strategic recommendations are regular area monitoring patrols, collective education, integrated socialization in the railway embankment environment, joint risk mapping and identification, integrated electrical safety consultation services at the village level, “safe electricity, comfortable home” education, simple community-based simulations and practices, strengthening mutual cooperation, training firefighter volunteers through community social activities, fast-track firefighter response, adaptive hydrant placement strategies in narrow environmental accesses, fire information   response, installation of information media containing official accounts in the community, and short simulation educational video content in the field.
