%X This research aims to describe how the role of village government can improve   population administration services. This research uses descriptive qualitative   research methods and data collection is carried out through observation, interviews   and documentation. The research results show that the role of the Margasari village   government is implemented through the strategy, obstacles and challenges,   opportunities and potential stages. At the strategy stage, the village government   carries out outreach to improve administrative services, competency training for   village officials, use of information technology, improve infrastructure and   supporting facilities. At the obstacle and challenge stage, the village government   has a lack of literacy among village officials regarding the implementation of   administrative services, limited village budget for training, lack of skill in using   digital technology for village officials, lack of availability of technological devices   in administrative services, limited access to digital technology, lack of motivation   and low awareness of village officials, uneven quality of digital infrastructure, lack   of thorough planning for public services. At the opportunity and potential stage, the   village government has efforts related to using the village website portal to increase   digital integration, empowering village operational budgets through local product   businesses, wider access to information to speed up services, increasing investment   attractiveness in the service sector, improving the quality of modern services in the   digital public service sector, improving and strengthening the local production   ecosystem, increasing public trust in administrative services to the maximum,   increasing competitiveness among village officials regarding service quality.   Overall, the role of the Margasari village government in Margasari Village can   contribute positively in improving population administration services such as   socialization, competency training, use of technology, improving infrastructure and   facilities. %Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran pemerintah desa   dapat meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini   menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data   dilakukan melalaui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian   menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah desa margasari dilaksanakan melalui tahap   strategi, hambatan dan tantangan, peluang dan potensi. Pada tahap strategi,   pemerintah desa melakukan sosialisasi peningkatan pelayanan administrasi,   pelatihan kompetensi aparat desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, peningkatan   infrastrukur dan sarana pendukung. Pada tahap hambatan dan tantangan, pemerintah   desa memiliki kurangnya literasi aparat desa terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan   administrasi, keterbatasan anggaran desa untuk pelatihan, kurang mahirnya   penggunaan teknologi digital aparat desa, kurangnya ketersediaan perangkat   teknologi dalam pelayanan administrasi, keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi   digital, kurangnya motivasi dan kesadaran yang rendah aparat desa, kualitas   infrastruktur digital yang belum merata, kurangnya perencanaan yang matang   terhadap pelayanan publik. Pada tahap peluang dan potensi, pemerintah desa   memiliki upaya terkait penggunaan portal website desa dalam meningkatkan   integrasi digital, pemberdayaan anggaran operasional desa melalui usaha produk   lokal, akses informasi yang lebih luas dalam mempercepat pelayanan, peningkatan   daya tarik investasi terhadap sektor pelayanan, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan   yang modern dalam sektor pelayanan publik digital, peningkatan dan penguatan   ekosistem produksi lokal, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap   pelayanan administrasi secara maksimal, peningkatan daya saing antar aparat desa   terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Secara keseluruhan peran pemerintah desa margasari   di Desa Margasari dapat berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan   administrasi   kependudukuam seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan kompetensi,   pemanfaatan teknologi, peningkatan infrastrukur dan sarana pendukung.
