description: Parakan rambutan is a leading horticultural commodity in Tangerang Regency that has obtained Geographical Indication certification as an effort to increase value added and product competitiveness. However, the success of Geographical Indication certification is not only determined by the recognition of product quality but must also be supported by the financial feasibility and efficiency of farming activities so that economic benefits can be optimally obtained by farmers. The problem examined in this study concerns the extent to which Geographical Indication–certified Parakan rambutan farming is financially feasible and efficient in the use of production inputs. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and efficiency level of Geographical Indication certified Parakan rambutan farming. The research was conducted in 2025 in Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency, involving all 19 members of the Rampak Asli Karang Rambutan Entrepreneurs Association using a census method. Data were collected through interviews and field observations and analyzed using financial feasibility indicators, namely the R/C Ratio and BEP, as well as efficiency analysis using the Data Envelopment Analysis approach with a Variable Returns to Scale model and output orientation. The results show that Geographical Indication certified parakan rambutan farming is financially feasible with a low level of business risk and has potential for   improving technical efficiency. The implications of this study indicate that Parakan rambutan farming is not only feasible to be developed but can also be used as a basis for business planning oriented toward increasing farmers’ income, optimizing input utilization, and strengthening farm business institutions.
