High schools description: This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the application of discovery learning integrated with STEM on students' scientific literacy, especially on environmental pollution material. This study used a quasi experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population used was all grade X students of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Serang in the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample of this study consisted of class X.1 as the experimental class and class X.5 as the control class. In determining the research sample, a random sampling technique was used. Data collection techniques used tests in the form of PG questions and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using parametric tests in the form of Independent Sample T-Test to test the hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test were 0.001 <0.05, so H1 was accepted, it can be concluded that STEM-integrated discovery learning has an effect on students' scientific literacy on environmental pollution material. The average science literacy score in the experimental class increased from 64.74% in the pretest to 80.45% in the posttest. All stages of STEM-integrated discovery learning, namely stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and drawing conclusions contributed to the improvement of students’ science literacy.
