Effective conflict management strategies are necessary to maintain a harmonious workplace and support optimal service quality. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between conflict management strategies and job satisfaction among nurses in the inpatient ward of Banten Provincial General Hospital in 2025. Methods: A quantitative descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach was used. The study involved 127 nurses selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi Square test. Results: Findings indicate that most nurses applied strong conflict management strategies, with 116 respondents (91.3%) categorized as strong and 11 respondents (8.7%) categorized as weak. Job satisfaction levels also showed similar distribution, with 116 nurses (91.3%) reporting satisfaction and 11 nurses (8.7%) reporting dissatisfaction. Statistical analysis using the Chi Square test produced a p-value of 0.001, indicating a significant relationship between conflict management strategies and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Effective conflict management strategies contribute positively to nurses’ job satisfaction. Hospitals are encouraged to enhance conflict management training to foster a supportive work atmosphere and improve the overall quality of nursing services.
