The research was conducted in the screenhouse of Banjar Agung Indah Housing Complex from early September to late September 2025. The experiment employed a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor was the concentration of Jakaba LOF (J),consisting of four levels: control with 1000 ml of plain water (J0), 60 ml Jakaba LOF/liter of water (J1), 90 ml Jakaba LOF/liter of water (J2), and 120 ml Jakaba LOF/liter of water (J3). The second factor was soaking duration (P), consisting of three levels: 3 hours (P1), 6 hours (P2), and 12 hours (P3). The results showed that the application of Jakaba LOF at concentrations of 1000 ml plain water (control), 60 ml/l, 90 ml/l, and 120 ml/l did not have a significant effect on all observed parameters. Meanwhile, a soaking duration of 6 hours (P2) had a highly significant effect on maximum growth potential (97.00%) and vigor index (0.97%). An interaction was observed between Jakaba LOF concentration and soaking duration on the germination speed parameter of eggplant seeds
