Optimal physiological conditions, particularly an efficient digestive system, play an important role in nutrient utilization, including interactions with digestive microorganisms such as fungi. This study aimed to identify and analyze the diversity of fungi present in the digestive tract of Sinyonya carp. The research methods included fungal isolation, observation of macroscopic and microscopic morphological characteristics, physiological identification of yeasts, and qualitative screening of isolates based on enzymatic capabilities, including amylase, protease, catalase, and urease activities. The results showed that nine fungal isolates were successfully obtained, consisting of two yeast isolates and seven filamentous fungal isolates. The filamentous fungi were identified as Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., Robillarda sp., Chrysosporium sp., and the Mycelia sterilia group, while the yeast isolates were assigned to the genera Candida sp. and Rhodotorula sp. based on morphological and physiological characteristics. Enzymatic screening revealed variations in enzymatic capabilities among the isolates, indicating their potential involvement in digestive processes. This study provides baseline data on the presence and characteristics of fungi in the digestive tract of Sinyonya carp and demonstrates its potential to be developed as a practicum-based learning resource in the form of a digital practicum e-module for the Kingdom Fungi topic to support the strengthening of students’ conceptual understanding. %D 2026 %L eprintuntirta58400 %A LAYA RHAHILLIA %O Ikan Mas Sinyonya merupakan salah satu ras ikan mas lokal Provinsi Banten yang berpotensi mendukung ketahanan pangan melalui produktivitas dan adaptasinya. Kondisi fisiologis ikan yang optimal, khususnya sistem pencernaan, berperan penting dalam pemanfaatan nutrisi, salah satunya melalui interaksi dengan mikroorganisme pencernaan seperti fungi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis diversitas fungi yang terdapat pada saluran pencernaan Ikan Mas Sinyonya. Metode penelitian meliputi isolasi fungi, pengamatan karakteristik morfologi makroskopis dan mikroskopis, identifikasi fisiologis pada khamir, serta penapisan isolat berdasarkan kemampuan enzimatik berupa amilase, protease, katalase, dan urease. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak sembilan isolat fungi berhasil diisolasi, terdiri atas dua isolat khamir dan tujuh isolat kapang. Kapang yang teridentifikasi meliputi Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., Robillarda sp., Chrysosporium sp., dan kelompok Mycelia sterilia, sedangkan khamir termasuk dalam genus Candida sp. dan Rhodotorula sp. berdasarkan karakteristik morfologi dan fisiologis. Penapisan isolat menunjukkan adanya variasi kemampuan enzimatik antar isolat yang berpotensi berperan dalam proses pencernaan. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi mengenai keberadaan dan karakteristik fungi pada pencernaan Ikan Mas Sinyonya serta berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai sumber belajar berbasis praktikum dalam bentuk e-modul praktikum pada materi Kingdom Fungi untuk mendukung penguatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik.
