description: This study aimed to developed an interactive e-LKPD (learning material) used Wizer.me to improve critical thinking skills in biodiversity. The research method used was research and development, with a 4-D model modified to a 3-D model   consisted of define, design, and develop. The stages carried out in this study were needs analysis, design, and development. Product feasibility was validated by material experts and media experts. The validation results from material experts reached 96.6% and media experts reached 85,6%, both indicating that the developed media is highly suitable for used in learning. The results of a limited user   response test conducted with teachers reached 96,5% and students reached 97%, Indicating that the developed media was very good. Overall, the interactive e-LKPD used Wizer.me was very suitable for use as a supporting teaching material   for biology learning on biodiversity to train students' critical thinking skills.
