description: The issue of premarital sexual behavior among adolescents remains a serious challenge in society, particularly in areas with relatively high levels of sexual behavioral deviation and cases of out-of-wedlock pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the process of socializing sexual education within the family environment through the Generation Planning Program (GENRE) as an effort to prevent premarital sexual behavior among adolescents in Kota Baru Subdistrict, Serang District, Serang City. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate that the GENRE Program implemented by the Serang City GENRE Forum plays an important role in providing reproductive health education and sexual education to adolescents and parents, particularly through socialization activities, peer counseling, and family assistance. However, the program still faces several obstacles, such as parents’ limited knowledge of sexual education, societal stigma that views sex education as a taboo subject, and limited family participation in counseling activities. The findings emphasize that family involvement as a primary agent of socialization is crucial in determining the success of efforts to prevent premarital sexual behavior. This study contributes theoretically by applying Talcott Parsons’ structural functionalism perspective with the AGIL scheme to explain the roles of the family, the GENRE Program, and the social environment in maintaining social equilibrium related to adolescent sexual behavior. Practically, this research provides a foundation for strengthening family-based sexual education programs and enhancing collaboration among BKKBN, DP3AKB, PIK-R, and the community in creating a healthy, well-planned, and high-quality generation of adolescents.
