description: This study aims to analyze the production costs, revenues, income, and financial feasibility of the Dewi Starfruit (Averrhoa carambola) farming business in Tanjung Barat Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a case study approach involving one respondent, a Dewi Starfruit farmer from the Muara Sejahtera farmer group. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis includes calculations of production costs, total revenue, net income, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), and Break Even Point (BEP). The results show that the total production cost per year was IDR 7,560,000, with total revenue of IDR 10,500,000 and a net income of IDR 2,940,000. The R/C ratio value of 1.4 indicates that every IDR 1.00 spent generates IDR 1.40 in revenue, meaning the farming business is financially feasible. The BEP value was IDR 2,520 per kilogram, while the average selling price of starfruit at the farmer level was IDR 3,500 per kilogram, which remains above the break-even point. However, the farmer’s income is relatively low due to production fluctuations and limited marketing channels. The study concludes that the Dewi Starfruit farming business in Tanjung Barat is financially feasible and has economic potential if production efficiency and market diversification efforts are improved.
