"This study aims to analyze the effect of temperature variations on mechanical properties such as density, tensile strength, and material hardness of cellulose acetate material printed at temperatures of 205oC, 220oC, and 235oC and to find the optimal parameters for 3D printing for cellulose acetate material, where this material will be used as an air filter because of its biodegradable properties. The Optimal printing parameters were found using trial and error methods and it was found that the optimal temperature for printing was 220oC with a moving speed of 50 mm/s, and the cooling fan turned off. Based on the test, the density value decreased from 1.327 gr/cm3 to 1.039 gr/cm3 after printing. In the tensile test, the best strength was produced by the specimen printed at 220oC with a value of 19.548 MPa, a strain of 15.64%, and a Young's Modulus of 124.923 MPa which is suitable for air filter applications. In the hardness test, the highest hardness value was produced by the specimen with a temperature of 235oC with a value of 63 Shore D.
