High schools description: Education in Indonesia has now entered the era of 21st -century education. Various skills need to be developed in students, one of which is science process skills (SPS). Efforts to improve students’ SPS can be carried out through the implementation of the project based learning (PjBL) mode integrated with an e-module. This study aims to determine the effect of the PjBL learning model assisted by a hydroponic e-module on the sub-concept of plant growth and development on students’ SPS. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi - experimental method with a posttest-only control group design. the study was conducted from August to Desember 2025 at SMAN 4 Kota Serang. The population consisted of Grade 12 MIPA. The research sample comprised two classes, namely Grade 12 MIPA 2 as the control class and Grade 12 MIPA 3 as the experimental class. Based on research results, the average score of the control class was 45,1 categorized as poor, while the experimental class achieved an average score of 51,15 categorized as good. The hypothesis testing results showed a significance value of 0,037 indicating that the PjBL learning model assisted by a hydroponic e-module has a significant effect on students’ science process skills.
