In the digital era, employee performance is no longer only measured through conventional indicators, but must consider their ability to utilize digital technology to optimize work results, known as Employee Digital Performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Capability, Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability, and Competitive Climate on Employee Digital Performance at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 employees of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya using convenience sampling techniques. The research instrument used a Likert scale with 5 answer options. The data was then processed using SmartPLS software version 4 through evaluation of the outer model (validity and reliability) and inner model (hypothesis testing). The results of the study showed that Digital Capability, Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability, and Competitive Climate have a positive and significant influence on Employee Digital Performance at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. Di era digital, kinerja karyawan tidak lagi hanya diukur melalui indikator konvensional, tetapi harus mempertimbangkan kemampuan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mengoptimalkan hasil kerja, yang dikenal sebagai Employee Digital Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Capability, Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability, dan Competitive Climate terhadap Employee Digital Performance pada PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 85 karyawan PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 opsi jawaban.
