Industrial Management subject: T Technology (General) description: The development of digital technology has changed the global business paradigm and requires organizations to undertake digital transformation to maintain competitive advantage. In the digital era, employee performance is no longer only measured through conventional indicators, but must consider their ability to utilize digital technology to optimize work results, known as Employee Digital Performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Capability, Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability, and Competitive Climate on Employee Digital Performance at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 employees of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya using convenience sampling techniques. The research instrument used a Likert scale with 5 answer options. The data was then processed using SmartPLS software version 4 through evaluation of the outer model (validity and reliability) and inner model (hypothesis testing).
