This study aims to develop Virtual YouTuber (VTuber)-based learning media that is valid and in line with learning motivation indicators. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model modified to 3-D (Define, Design, Develop). The media was developed using the integration of Pixiv Vroid, Animaze Facerig, OBS Studio, and Canva software. Product feasibility was tested through validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and education practitioners using a Likert scale instrument. The validation results showed a content expert score of 98.9% (Highly Valid), a media expert score of 78.9% (Valid), and a practitioner score of 75.625% (Valid). Product revisions were made in technical aspects, and the addition of practical simulations. It was concluded that VTuber media is recommended as an innovation in science education to visualize abstract concepts and support student learning motivation. %Z Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa SMP karena penggunaan media konvensional yang kurang representatif pada materi abstrak seperti sistem peredaran darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Virtual Youtuber (VTuber) yang valid dan sesuai dengan indikator motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3-D (Define, Design, Develop). Media dikembangkan menggunakan integrasi software Pixiv Vroid, Animaze Facerig, OBS Studio, dan Canva. Kelayakan produk diuji melalui validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi pendidikan menggunakan instrumen skala Likert. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor ahli materi sebesar 98,9% (Sangat Valid), ahli media 78,9% (Valid), dan praktisi 75,625% (Valid). Revisi produk dilakukan pada aspek teknis dan penambahan simulasi praktikum. Disimpulkan bahwa media VTuber direkomendasikan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran IPA untuk memvisualisasikan konsep abstrak dan mendukung motivasi belajar siswa.
