description: This study was motivated by the low learning motivation of junior high school students due to the use of conventional media that is not representative of abstract material, such as the circulatory system. This study aims to develop Virtual YouTuber (VTuber)-based learning media that is valid and in line with learning motivation indicators. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model modified to 3-D (Define, Design, Develop). The media was developed using the integration of Pixiv Vroid, Animaze Facerig, OBS Studio, and Canva software. Product feasibility was tested through validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and education practitioners using a Likert scale instrument. The validation results showed a content expert score of 98.9% (Highly Valid), a media expert score of 78.9% (Valid), and a practitioner score of 75.625% (Valid). Product revisions were made in technical aspects, and the addition of practical simulations. It was concluded that VTuber media is recommended as an innovation in science education to visualize abstract concepts and support student learning motivation.
