This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing PjBL supported by a hydroponic cultivation e-module on students’ critical thinking skills. This research employed a quantitative approach used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted from March 2025 to January 2026 at SMAN 5 Pandeglang, with the population consisting of all 12th-grade students taking Biology. The sample comprised two classes, XII 1 as the control class and XII 3 as the experimental class, selected through random sampling. The results showed that the average posttest score of the control class was 59.5, while the experimental class achieved an average score of 74.46.
