description: This study aims to develop the BIOPRIDE Digital Comic (Biology Practicum Guide) as a practicum guide for blood type testing for 11th-grade students and to evaluate its feasibility and user responses. The comic was developed using Ibis Paint X, which enhanced the visual presentation and illustrations, thereby supporting students’ understanding. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, following a six-stage modified Borg & Gall model. The participants included 11th-grade students, biology teachers, subject matter experts, and media experts. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results indicated that the BIOPRIDE digital comic is highly feasible as a practical guide, with evaluations from subject matter experts at 93% and media experts at 85%. Product testing were also very positive, with 95% of teacher and 84% of students providing favorable feedback on the media, content, and benefits. Therefore, the BIOPRIDE digital comic is effective as a supporting medium for the blood type testing practicum.  Keywords: digital comic, BIOPRIDE, Ibis Paint X,  practicum guide, blood type test.
