description: This study aims to determine the types of medicinal plants, the utilisation of medicinal plants, the results of quantitative analysis (FL(%), UV, and FIC), and the implications of the study for education and society. This study uses a survey   method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted from June to December 2025 in Baturanjang Village, Cipeucang Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. A total of 21 families from 39 types of medicinal plants used by the people of Baturanjang Village were found. The most common family was Zingiberaceae (18%), the most common habitus of medicinal plants was herbaceous (33%), the most common use of medicinal plants was for musculoskeletal diseases (15%), the most commonly used part of the plant was the leaves (61%), the most common method of processing was boiling (57%), and the most common method of use was drinking (68%). The highest fidelity level (FL%) value was turmeric with 86.66 and an ROP value of   83.87 for treating ulcers, the highest utility value (UV) was in the turmeric species with a value of 1.5, and the highest informant consensus factor (FIC) value was in the vestibular dysfunction category with a value of 1. Implications for education include recommendations for content on the sub-concept of biodiversity. Implications for society include the creation of an encyclopedia as an archive to   preserve information on the use of medicinal plants. Knowledge of the use of plants as traditional medicine needs to be preserved to maintain Indonesia's local wisdom,   which has been passed down from generation to generation.
