	bibo:abstract "Pelayanan jasa pemanduan di perairan sungai memiliki karakteristik operasional yang berbeda dengan perairan laut. Studi kasus terkait pelayanan pemanduan di Sungai M memerlukan adanya penyesuaian jumlah petugas pandu. Namun, penelitian yang mengkaji penentuan jumlah dan penjadwalan petugas pandu di perairan sungai secara terintegrasi masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dua model matematika, yaitu model penentuan jumlah petugas pandu dan model penjadwalan petugas pandu, untuk mendukung pelayanan pemanduan di perairan sungai. Model penentuan jumlah petugas pandu menggunakan fungsi tujuan untuk meminimasi jumlah petugas dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah \r\nkapal, jumlah tugas dari setiap arah, batasan tugas harian minimum, serta pembagian grup kerja sesuai kondisi operasional eksisting. Selanjutnya, model penjadwalan petugas pandu dirancang untuk meminimasi deviasi jumlah tugas antar petugas pandu dengan mempertimbangkan pemerataan tugas, kondisi pasang surut air sungai, serta preferensi waktu kerja petugas pandu senior. Hasil penelitian \r\nmenunjukkan bahwa jumlah petugas pandu yang dihasilkan oleh model penentuan jumlah petugas adalah sebanyak 13 orang dari perkiraan awal 14 petugas. Model penjadwalan menghasilkan pola penugasan yang relatif merata dengan deviasi jumlah tugas sebesar satu dan mendapatkan jumlah petugas yang lebih rendah sebanyak 12 petugas, serta memenuhi seluruh batasan operasional yang ditetapkan."^^xsd:string;
