Cases regarding the exploitation of female workers are an issue that is often heard of and often occurs because there are still many who ignore the case of sexual exploitation, especially in the working world. This needs to be seen from the perspective of victims who experience sexual exploitation by employers. With the existence of legal rules regarding the TPKS Law and the Employment Law, but not necessarily able to protect the victims. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach based on Creswell's study by focusing on one big problem by using the power relation theory from Michel Foucault, this research involves direct interviews with workers, advocacy institutions, and the government. The results of this study show that the existence of power inequality, the rise of patriarchal culture, and the weakness of legal supervision that causes women workers to be in a vulnerable position to verbal, physical, and symbolic harassment. This research confirms that sexual exploitation in the working world is a consequence of an unbalanced power structure and the need to strengthen protection for female workers.
