This study employed a quasi-experimental design involving an experimental group and a control group. A total of 30 students were selected using convenience sampling from 50 active club members and were divided into two groups. Both groups were administered a pre-test and a post-test to measure speaking ability, while only the experimental group received treatment through speaking practice using the OME TV application. Students’ speaking performance was assessed based on fluency, pronunciation, and confidence. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS, including normality and homogeneity tests, followed by an independent samples t-test to test the research hypothesis. The findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the post-test results (p = 0.011 < 0.05). The experimental group obtained a higher mean score (84.93) compared to the control group (83.23). These results indicate that the use of the OME TV application significantly improved students’ speaking ability by providing authentic interaction and real-time communication. Therefore, OME TV can be considered an effective supplementary digital tool for enhancing speaking skills in university-level English learning.
