EPrints Repository UNTIRTAEVALUASI PROGRAM JAKPRENEUR DALAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO DI DKI JAKARTADisa MiftaFadilaauthorThe Jakpreneur Program is one of the efforts by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to promote the development of micro-enterprises, through the facilitation of the 7P steps, which in its implementation is regulated under DKI Governor Regulation No. 2 of 2020 on the Implementation of Integrated Entrepreneurship Development. This study aims to evaluate the Jakpreneur program in the development of micro-enterprises, as Jakpreneur participants as a whole are still categorized as micro-enterprises. Although this program has been running for quite some time, its implementation still faces several issues, such as limitations in participant quotas and training frequency, the quality of participant data being inaccurate and misclassified, suboptimal utilization of digital technology, as well as uneven financial support and regulatory implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical framework used is Leo Agustino's evaluation model, and the results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Jakpreneur program has shown positive developments through strengthened cross-departmental coordination, active mentor roles, regulatory support, and digitalization efforts. However, it is still not optimal, due to the lack of standardized mentor training, budget limitations in some implementing departments, and weaknesses in participant data management systems. Additionally, there is no established task distribution structure between departments, including within the implementing departments themselves.
