      "note": "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen literasi STEM pada \r\nkonsep bioteknologi, mengetahui kelayakan instrumen berdasarkan uji ahli, serta \r\nmengetahui respon pengguna terhadap instrumen tes yang dikembangkan. \r\nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan \r\ndesain Berkeley Evaluation and Assessment Research (BEAR) Assessment System \r\nyang meliputi tahap construct map, item design, outcome space, dan measurement \r\nmodel. Instrumen yang dikembangkan terdiri atas tes pengetahuan literasi STEM, \r\nkuesioner sikap STEM, dan lembar observasi keterampilan STEM. Validasi \r\ninstrumen dilakukan oleh lima ahli, sedangkan uji coba tes pengetahuan melibatkan \r\n126 peserta didik SMA di Provinsi Banten. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan \r\nmodel Rasch dengan bantuan program R (eRm package). Hasil uji kelayakan \r\nmenunjukkan bahwa instrumen layak digunakan dengan catatan perlu dilakukan \r\nrevisi. Analisis model Rasch menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes pengetahuan \r\nliterasi STEM memenuhi kriteria reliabilitas pada kategori cukup reliabel sebesar \r\n0,6708, valid serta kemampuan peserta didik lebih tinggi daripada tingkat kesulitan \r\nsoal. Respon peserta didik terhadap instrumen tes berada pada kategori praktis \r\ndengan rata-rata sebesar 77%. Dengan demikian, instrumen yang dikembangkan \r\ndapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi literasi STEM peserta didik pada \r\npembelajaran biologi SMA.",

      "abstract": "This study aimed to develop a STEM literacy instrument on biotechnology concepts, \r\nto determine the feasibility of the instrument based on expert judgment, and to \r\nexamine users’ responses to the developed test instrument. The study employed a \r\nResearch and Development (R&D) method using the Berkeley Evaluation and \r\nAssessment Research (BEAR) Assessment System design, which consists of the \r\nconstruct map, item design, outcome space, and measurement model stages. The \r\ndeveloped instruments comprised a STEM literacy knowledge test, a STEM attitude \r\nquestionnaire, and a STEM skills observation sheet. Instrument validation was \r\nconducted by five experts, while the field test of the STEM literacy knowledge test \r\ninvolved 126 senior high school students in Banten Province, Indonesia. Data were \r\nanalyzed using the Rasch model with the assistance of the R program (eRm \r\npackage). The feasibility test results indicated that the instrument was suitable for \r\nuse with necessary revisions. Rasch model analysis revealed that the STEM literacy \r\nknowledge test demonstrated acceptable reliability (0.6708), satisfactory validity, \r\nand that students’ average ability was higher than the item difficulty level. Students’ \r\nresponses to the test instrument fell into the practical category, with an average \r\npercentage of 77%. Therefore, the developed instrument can be used as an \r\nevaluation tool to assess students’ STEM literacy in senior high school biology \r\nlearning.",
