TINDAK TUTUR DIREKTIF DAN EKSPRESIF PADA ACARA KOMEDI NET TV "MAIN HAKIM SENDIRI" PERIODE MEI-AGUSTUS 2024AULIA RADIATULJANAHauthorThis study aims to (a) determine the form of directive speech acts on the show "Main Hakim Sendiri" on Net TV in the period May-August 2024; (b) Describe the function of the form of directive speech acts on the show "Main Hakim Sendiri" on Net TV in the period May-August 2024; (c) Determine the form of expressive speech acts on the show "Main Hakim Sendiri" on Net TV in the period May-August 2024; (d) Describe the function of the form of expressive speech acts on the show "Main Hakim Sendiri" on Net TV in the period May-August 2024. This study limits the study to directive and expressive speech acts in order to allow for a focused and in-depth analysis to avoid unnecessary generalizations. Regarding directive and expressive speech acts in TV shows, the show "Main Hakim Sendiri" is a show that presents the concept of inviting laughter and providing critical views in certain social environments by carrying the theme of the courtroom, which is packaged by actresses and actors who play a role as professionals in the world of trials and comedic criminal cases by delivering humor from each comedian. This show can be seen from the ability of the players who look serious but become a very fluid and entertaining spectacle thanks to the players' extraordinary improvisation. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, the data collection technique is the Free Listening and Speaking (SBLC) technique. The data analysis method used in this study uses the extralingual matching method with the Connecting and Equalizing (HBS) technique. The data source of this study is the comedy TV show "Main Hakim Sendiri" taken from the YouTube channel with a duration of 9-15 minutes per segment. The data found were 77 data included in the form and function of directive and expressive speech acts in the TV show "Main Hakim Sendiri". The data included in directive speech acts are 12 requestives, 3 to invite, 14 requirements, 3 advisiories, 3 probobitives, 12 criticize. The data included in expressive speech acts are 3 Apologies, 4 Thank You, 7 Praises, 7 Complaints, 9 Blames.L Education (General)P Philology.
