This study discusses the impact of the management transition of Ketapang Urban Aquaculture Tourism Village on the socio-economic conditions of the local community. The research employs a case study approach and Talcott Parsons’ structural functional theory with the AGIL indicators (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency). The findings reveal that the transition of management from the government to the regional-owned enterprise (BUMD) PT. Mitra Kerta Raharja has significantly affected the community’s socio-economic conditions. The analysis based on Parsons’ AGIL framework indicates weaknesses in adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency due to rising costs, declining tourist numbers, limited participation, and the erosion of local values. The corporately oriented management tends to overlook community welfare and leads to socio-economic disparities. This study highlights the importance of collaborative and participatory approaches in developing tourism villages to ensure sustainability and community well-being. date: 2026 date_type: published institution: UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA department: ILMU PEMERINTAHAN thesis_type: sarjana thesis_name: sarjana citation: MAHARANI, BINTANG (2026) DAMPAK PERALIHAN PENGELOLAAN DESA WISATA KETAPANG URBAN AQUACULTURE TERHADAP KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT.
