Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian sarana dan prasarana praktikum Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) di SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 34 Tahun 2018, Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) Level II bidang otomotif, serta penerapan prinsip Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential, di mana data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui angket skala Likert empat poin, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian diperdalam dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan guru produktif dan kepala bengkel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian sarana praktik mencapai 72% dan prasarana praktik sebesar 73,21% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup sesuai. Namun, masih ditemukan keterbatasan pada ketersediaan dan kondisi alat praktik berbasis teknologi otomotif modern, rasio alat terhadap jumlah peserta didik, tata letak ruang bengkel, serta penerapan K3 yang belum optimal, khususnya terkait ketersediaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), rambu keselamatan, dan prosedur keselamatan kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana praktikum TKR di SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar nasional dan tuntutan kompetensi kerja, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan fasilitas praktik secara berkelanjutan agar mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran praktik dan kesiapan kerja lulusan.

This study aims to analyze the suitability of practicum facilities and infrastructure for the Light Vehicle Engineering (LVE) skills competence at SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 34 of 2018, the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) Level II in the automotive field, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). The research employed a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, in which quantitative data were collected through a four-point Likert scale questionnaire, observation, and documentation, and subsequently elaborated using qualitative data obtained from interviews with productive teachers and the workshop head. The results indicate that the suitability level of practicum facilities reached 72%, while practicum infrastructure achieved 73.21%, both categorized as moderately suitable. Nevertheless, several limitations were identified, including insufficient availability and condition of modern automotive diagnostic equipment, an imbalance between the number of tools and students, suboptimal workshop layout, and incomplete implementation of OHS, particularly regarding personal protective equipment, safety signage, and safety procedures. These findings suggest that the practicum facilities and infrastructure for LVE at SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang have not fully met national standards and job competency demands, highlighting the need for continuous improvement and development to enhance the effectiveness of practical learning and graduates? work readiness.
