Desa Sinarjaya is one of the areas identified as having a high risk of stunting and has become the target of the implementation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Action Plan Policy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy in Desa Sinarjaya using the policy implementation model proposed by David C. Korten, which emphasizes the alignment between the program, implementing organizations, and target groups. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving village government officials, village midwives, posyandu cadres, and community members as program beneficiaries. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Action Plan Policy in Desa Sinarjaya has been carried out but has not yet been optimal. In terms of the program itself, both specific and sensitive nutrition interventions have been implemented in accordance with existing regulations; however, some community members still do not perceive the program as a longterm effort, and its implementation has not been well coordinated, resulting in uneven benefits. Regarding the implementing organizations, various stakeholders are involved and cadre training has been conducted, yet coordination as well as monitoring and evaluation have not been carried out consistently. In terms of the target groups, community participation has increased compared to previous years, but some community members remain inactive, and their understanding of child nutrition and parenting practices is still limited. Based on these findings, this study recommends strengthening program socialization, improving coordination among implementing organizations, optimizing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and enhancing education and assistance for the community to ensure that the stunting reduction policy can be implemented more effectively and sustainably.JS Local government Municipal government2026UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA;ADMINISTRASI PUBLIKThesis
