description: The LKP aims to determine what training strategies are used by LKP Ghea. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and document collection. Informants in this study were LKP Ghea instructors. Qualitative data analysis techniques were carried out through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, so that valid and reliable data were obtained. The strategy used in LKP Ghea is a competency-oriented curriculum-based training strategy, where each participant must be able to understand and master each stage, both theory and practice, with a ratio of 30:70. It is expected that after participating in the training, participants will have skills or competencies and an independent spirit. The results of the study indicate that LKP Ghea uses training strategies as a reference for participant competency so that they are able to understand and master all the theories and practices that have been taught by the instructor.
