Historical records indicate that significant revitalization improvements, including interior and exterior enhancements, began with the congregations that worshipped, welcoming the coming of the Body and Blood of Christ. The Catholic Church of the Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mary Parish is the first Catholic Church Parish located in Tangerang City, Banten, after the expansion of the Apostolic Vicariate of Batavia, which is now known as the “Archdiocese of Jakarta”. This study examines the historical dynamics of the background, establishment, development, and socio-community influence of the Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mary Catholic Parish in Tangerang City, from 2013 through 2022. Through comprehensive historical analysis, the research has found that the religious institution plays a significant role in promoting social cohesion and improving the quality of life of the congregation.
