description: This study explains the implementation of good governance principles in public  services at the Balaraja District Office, Tangerang Regency. The principles studied  include accountability, transparency, participation, and the rule of law. This study  uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form  of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that  the Balaraja District Office has implemented the principles of good governance  quite well, especially in the aspects of accountability and transparency, which are  reflected in the increasing public trust in public services. However, there are still  several obstacles, such as limited human resources, suboptimal infrastructure, and  lack of service officer skills. Improvement efforts continue to be made through  training, increasing internal coordination, and providing supporting service  facilities. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of good  governance principles at the Balaraja District Office contributes positively to the  quality of public services, although further efforts are needed to overcome existing  obstacles in order to realize effective, efficient, and satisfaction-oriented services.
